目的:测定食管癌细胞对肿瘤化疗药物的体外敏感性,寻找最佳化疗方案。方法:采用四氦唑盐(MTT)法,取18种化疗方案所用的药物对45例食管癌细胞进行体外敏感性测定。结果:不同个体的食管癌细胞对化疗药物的敏感性差异较大,联合用药较单一用药的平均抑制率高。结论:MTT法是一种简便而快速的测定肿瘤体外药物敏感性的试验方法,测定结果可用于食管癌临床个体化化疗方案的选择。
Objective: To determine the sensitivity of esophageal cancer cells to tumor chemotherapeutics in vitro and to find the optimal chemotherapy. METHODS: Fourty-five tetrazolium salts (MTT) were used to determine the in vitro sensitivity of 45 esophageal cancer cells using drugs used in 18 chemotherapy regimens. Results: The sensitivity of different individual esophageal cancer cells to chemotherapeutic drugs varied greatly, and the average inhibition rate of combined drugs was higher than that of single drugs. Conclusion: MTT assay is a simple and rapid method to determine the in vitro drug sensitivity of tumors. The results can be used to select individual chemotherapy regimens for esophageal cancer.
