介绍了能谱型核测井仪的设计方案,其目标是研制适用于铀矿勘查的便携式测井仪,满足测井生产的需要。该仪器采用碲锌镉CdZnTe半导体核辐射探测器,高端的32位嵌入式ARM处理器S3C2410A为仪器系统控制核心,并在此硬件平台上移植了嵌入式Linux操作系统,编写了基于MiniGUI的测井仪监控终端软件。仪器具有实时性、体积小、功耗低、灵敏度高、成本低、便于携带等特点。
The design scheme of EDS nuclear logging tools is introduced. The goal is to develop a portable logging tool suitable for uranium exploration to meet the needs of logging production.
