近年来,微博凭借着其内容简练、传播及时、大信息量和广影响力,成为备受广大网友关注和欢迎的信息交流形式。在此期间,更有人把微博特有的“转发”功能发展成善款的筹集办法。然而,这种疾速与海量的信息传播中究竟隐含着的是当事人所忽略的法律隐患,还是仅为当事人戴上了更重的道德枷锁?法律与道德的界限将如何辨别?在舆论的压力中又将如何保持清晰的法律思维?本文将就“傅蔚冈的冲动”一事,表达浅见。
In recent years, microblogging by virtue of its concise content, timely dissemination, large amount of information and Guangsha influence, become the majority of users concern and welcome the exchange of information.
