作者自１９９５年５月以来，共行腹腔镜妇科手术２５０例，２４３例手术全过程在腹腔镜下完成。其中Ⅰ类操作技术３６例，Ⅱ类操作技术１５６例，Ⅲ类操作技术５８例，中转开放手术７例。腹腔镜手术成功率为９７．２％，疗效满意。临床实践证明，腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、痛苦轻、并发症少、恢复快等优点，有广阔的发展前景。严格掌握手术的适应症和禁忌症，提高手术医师的操作水平，是顺利开展腹腔镜手术的关键。
Authors since May 1995, a total of 250 cases of laparoscopic gynecological surgery, 243 cases of the entire process of laparoscopic surgery completed. Among them, 36 were type Ⅰ operation, 156 were type Ⅱ operation, 58 were type Ⅲ operation and 7 were converted to open operation. The success rate of laparoscopic surgery was 97.2%, with satisfactory results. Clinical practice has proved that laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of less trauma, less pain, fewer complications, faster recovery, and has broad prospects for development. Strict control of surgical indications and contraindications and improve the level of operation of surgeons is the key to smooth laparoscopic surgery.
