目的观察纤溶酶联合紫外线辐射充氧血液疗法治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效、安全性及临床价值。方法将90例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和联合治疗组各45例,对照组给予纤溶酶治疗,联合治疗组给予纤溶酶联合紫外线辐射充氧血液疗法治疗,治疗14d、30d后评定疗效。结果联合治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),神经功能缺损程度评分、改善血液流变学指标均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论纤溶酶联合紫外线辐射充氧血液疗法治疗急性脑梗死效果显著,能有效改善神经功能和血液流变学指标,控制病情发展,减少病残率。
Objective To observe the efficacy, safety and clinical value of fibrinolytic enzyme combined with ultraviolet radiation and oxygenated blood in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Ninety patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and combination therapy group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with fibrinolytic enzyme. The combined treatment group was treated with fibrinolytic enzyme combined with ultraviolet radiation and oxygenated blood. After 14 days and 30 days of treatment, Assessment of efficacy. Results The total effective rate in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The score of neurological deficit and the improvement of hemorrheological indexes were better than those of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Fibrinolytic enzyme combined with ultraviolet radiation and oxygenated blood therapy is effective in treating acute cerebral infarction. It can effectively improve neurological function and hemorheology, control disease progression and reduce morbidity.
