往复式压缩机的数学模型应与决定额定负载的单级往复压缩机“最佳”尺寸的优化“综合法”一并使用。这种数学方法是用优化目标函数(ob-jective function)的方法来提供压缩机和阀的主要尺寸。在这种情况下,目标函数是以热力学特性准则为基础的。目标函数的修改或重新定义的结果应予检验。其作用就是研究那些必须能模拟实际情况的约束(Constraint)的变化。设计者必须阐述这些约束的性质和它们的使用范围。
The mathematical model of the reciprocating compressor should be used in conjunction with an optimized “synthesis” of the “best” size of the single stage reciprocating compressor that determines the rated load. This mathematical approach uses the ob-jective function to provide the main dimensions of the compressor and the valve. In this case, the objective function is based on the thermodynamic properties criterion. The result of the modification or redefinition of the objective function should be tested. Its role is to study the changes that must be able to simulate the actual constraints (Constraint). The designer must address the nature of these constraints and their scope of use.
