目的 观察中华硬蜱叮咬免疫接种宿主后的吸血、生殖能力变化。方法 选用中华硬蜱 10 5kD柱层析纯化抗原对新西兰兔进行常规免疫接种 (3次 )后 ,用中华硬蜱成虫感染 (叮咬 )新西兰兔 ,分别观察空白对照组、佐剂对照组、10 5kD纯化抗原组中华硬蜱雌性成虫的吸血、生殖情况。结果 中华硬蜱 10 5kD纯化抗原可诱导新西兰兔产生显著的抗蜱免疫力 ,使其吸血、生殖能力显著降低 ,其中吸血量较空白叮咬对照组分别下降 6 7 9%、6 5 9% ,产卵量分别下降 74 6 %、73 7% ,并且中华硬蜱吸血时间延长 ,产卵量指数降低。而中华硬蜱叮咬佐剂免疫接种组兔后 ,其吸血、生殖能力较空白对照组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 中华硬蜱 10 5kD纯化抗原可诱导宿主产生非常有效的免疫力
Objective To observe the changes of blood-sucking and reproductive ability of Chinese Ixodes sinensis after bite vaccination. Methods New Zealand rabbits were immunized (3 times) with purified antigen of Ixodes sinensis, then infested (infested) New Zealand rabbits with adult Ixodes sinensis, respectively. The blank control group, adjuvant control group, 105kD Blood Purification and Reproduction of Female Ixodes of Ixodes sinensis in Purified Antigen Group. Results 10kD purified antigen of Ixodes chinensis could induce significant anti-tick immunity in New Zealand rabbits, which significantly reduced the blood-sucking and reproductive capacity. The sucking blood volume decreased by 67.9% and 65.9%, respectively, compared with the blank control group The amount of eggs decreased by 74 6% and 73 7% respectively, and the Chinese Ixodes sinensis prolonged the blood-sucking time and the index of fecundity decreased. However, there was no significant difference in blood-sucking and reproductive capacity between Chinese Ixodisculus and adjuvant-immunized rabbits (P> 0.05). Conclusion The Chinese Ixodes sinensis 105kD purified antigen can induce the host to produce very effective immunity
