对于高职师范类学生,在毕业之后,往往选择教育培训机构作为自己的就业去向。然而,学生的能力素质往往与当前社会的需求不一致。对于本文,从教育培训机构对学生的实习情况开始分析,同时,分析其不同的原因,进而提出调整现有课程的建议,以及培养学生综合能力,提高学生就业率和就业的满意度。
For higher vocational and technical college students, after graduation, often choose education and training institutions as their employment destination. However, the quality of students’ performance is often inconsistent with the needs of the current society. For the purpose of this article, we start with an analysis of student internships conducted by educational and training institutions, analyze their different causes, and then propose suggestions for adjusting existing curricula, as well as cultivating students’ overall abilities, increasing student employment and job satisfaction.
