论文通过改性、接枝制备pH敏感型纳米二氧化硅,并对纳米二氧化硅、KH-570改性纳米二氧化硅以及pH敏感型纳米二氧化硅进行化学表征和热重分析,并以改性纳米二氧化硅颗粒为稳定剂和乳化剂制备Pickering型烯基琥珀酸酐和二甲基硅油乳液,研究不同pH值条件对pH敏感型纳米二氧化硅乳液稳定性的影响。结果表明,通过改性接枝可成功制备pH敏感型纳米二氧化硅颗粒,当pH为酸性和碱性时,其0.1wt%水悬浮液颗粒之间的排斥力比较大,分散性较好。将pH敏感型纳米二氧化硅颗粒应用于Pickering型烯基琥珀酸酐和二甲基硅油乳液体系,当体系pH值为碱性条件时,具有较好的稳定效果。
In this thesis, pH-sensitive nanosilica was prepared by grafting and grafting. The chemical characterization and thermogravimetric analysis of nanosilica, KH-570 modified nanosilica and pH-sensitive nanosilica were carried out. Modified Silica Nanoparticles as Stabilizer and Emulsifier Preparation Pickering alkenyl succinic anhydride and dimethyl silicone oil emulsion to study the different pH conditions on the pH-sensitive nano-silica emulsion stability. The results showed that the pH-sensitive nano-silica particles could be successfully prepared by modified grafting. When the pH value is acidic and alkaline, the repulsion between 0.1wt% aqueous suspension particles is relatively large and the dispersibility is good. The pH-sensitive nano-silica particles used in Pickering alkenyl succinic anhydride and dimethicone emulsion system, when the system pH is alkaline conditions, has a good stability.
