2002年北京经济适用住房新开工面积将达到200万平方米左右。据了解,在今后4年里,北京经济适用房供应总量约1200万平方米,也就是平均年供应量300万平方米,这将占到北京新增住宅总量的近一半。北京从开工建设经济适用住房至今三年多的时间里,始终保持旺盛的购买需求,这说明经济适用住房符合普通购房者的需求。这几年大力的建设,不但带动了城市面貌的改善,而且使广大居民的总体居住房水平也得到了提高。 另外,政府为了促进经济适用住房发展的健康,在这三年多的时间里,相继出台了一系列从建设、购买到管理的政策,这些政策的出台,对经济适用住房建设发挥了一定的积极作用。
In 2002, affordable housing in Beijing newly started an area of up to 2 million square meters. It is understood that in the next 4 years, the total supply of affordable housing in Beijing is about 12 million square meters, which is the average annual supply of 3 million square meters, which will account for nearly half of total new residential buildings in Beijing. The promulgation of these policies has played a positive role in the construction of affordable housing effect.
