利用ANSYS软件建立带式输送机角型传动滚筒头架有限元模型并进行模态分析,得出系统前10阶固有频率及振型,结果表明头架的立柱以及斜撑与中部横梁的接头处为可能破坏的区域,应避免受到频率接近固有频率的外部激励,并采用适当的减振措施。
The ANSYS software was used to establish the finite element model of the angle belt drive roller headstock of the belt conveyor and carry on the modal analysis. The first ten natural frequencies and mode shapes of the system were obtained. The results showed that the column of the headstock and the joint between the bracing and the middle crossbeam In potentially sabotage areas, external excitation of frequencies close to the natural frequency should be avoided and appropriate damping measures should be taken.
