目的探讨人工髋关节感染旷置术的围手术期的护理技术，更好地促进患者的早期康复。方法收集本院从2006年5月至2012年1月收治的，共22例人工髋关节置换术后感染，行旷置术的病例的护理情况。分析术前，术中，术后的护理情况。总结人工髋关节感染旷置术的围手术期的护理技术，分析对促进感染关节早期痊愈的影响。结果21例患者安全渡过围手术期，感染关节全I期愈合。1例患者术后出现脱位，经手法复位，外展支具固定后，患者未再发生脱位。结论加强人工髋关节感染旷置术的围手术期的护理技术，能更好地促进患者的早期康复。“,”Objective To study the artificial hip joint infection exclusion surgery perioperative nursing skil s to better promote early rehabilitation of patients.
