目的:建立退烧颗粒的含量测定方法。方法:以高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷的含量。色谱柱:Wondasi C_(18)柱(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇:水:磷酸(47:53:0.2);检测波长:280 nm;柱温:20℃;流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:黄芩苷浓度在5.05~80.73μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性良好,平均加样回收率为99.67%(RSD为1.22%)结论:本方法能够对退烧颗粒进行准确、快速定量分析,结果稳定,可靠,重复性好,可用于退烧颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of fever-reducing granules. Methods: Determination of baicalin by high performance liquid chromatography. Column: Wondasi C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol: water: phosphoric acid (47:53: 0.2); detection wavelength: 280 nm; · Min ~ (-1). Results: The linearity of baicalin was in the range of 5.05-80.73μg · ml ~ (-1) with an average recovery of 99.67% (RSD = 1.22%). Conclusion: This method can accurately and rapidly analyze the particles of fever , The results are stable, reliable, good repeatability, can be used for the quality control of fever particles.
