低分子肝素钙注射液在子宫动脉血流阻力学参数升高复发性流产孕妇治疗中的应用研究

目的:分析低分子肝素钙注射液治疗子宫动脉血流阻力学参数升高复发性流产孕妇的效果。方法:2020年1月-2020年7月收治子宫动脉血流阻力学参数升高的复发性流产孕妇200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组给予常规保胎治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素钙注射液。比较两组治疗成功率及子宫动脉血流阻力学参数。结果:观察组治疗成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后子宫动脉血流阻力学参数水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规保胎联合低分子肝素钙注
