一是各级严把选送关。各级在选送学兵时,首先,选拨范围要广,从本单位范围内选拔最优秀的学兵,尤其要重点选拔在地方学过或干过汽修专业的学兵;其次,要对拟选的学兵进行思想政治考评和文化课考核;第三,要坚决杜绝“后门兵”、关系兵。只有这样,才能真正将文化基础好、思想觉悟高、综合素质强的学兵吸收到培训班中,才能保证培训质量,为修理分队输送优秀人才。
