随着医疗卫生事业的发展与用人制度的不断改革，医院员工的性质不再单一．而是出现了多样化和多元化，为了满足医院事业快速发展的需求．单一的编制不能适应医院的发展，所以宁波市北仑区人民医院也招聘编外人员，以求达到人力成本最优化的效果，其中收费人员更是占据着医院编外人员的重要比重。如何管理这部分人员．
