通过试验和分析,阐述了10B21钢中的硼在炼钢、连铸、轧制等过程中的经历,通过调整生产工艺,达到使硼在炼钢时不氧化,在凝固时不形成“硼相”BN,在轧制时抑制Fe23(C,B)6的形成,使硼从炼钢到轧制等4个过程中得以顺利形成为有益的酸溶硼,合理选择用户加工参数,提高钢的晶界上的酸溶硼量,提高产品的淬透性和冷加工性,从而达到发挥硼在钢中的作用这一目的。
