介绍了自蔓延焊接技术的特点,从焊条制备、焊接机理、焊接应用和焊接工艺等方面综述了手工自蔓延焊接技术的研究现状。研究现状表明,手工自蔓延焊接技术中焊条制作工艺、焊接工艺以及焊条成分的变化对焊接接头组织性能具有重要影响,在一定的工艺参数下可获得力学性能良好的接头,并从机理上解释了焊接接头的形成。此外,指出了该技术的不足和尚需进一步研究的发展方向。
The characteristics of self-propagating welding technology are introduced. The research status of manual self-propagating welding technology is reviewed from the aspects of electrode preparation, welding mechanism, welding application and welding process.
