在新的社会经济环境下,企业的经营环境正在发生着广泛而又深刻的变化,经济结构转型升级加快,对高素质优秀人才的需求越来越大,企业人力资源战略管理的重要性逐渐显现出来。笔者主要分析了人力资源战略管理的几个基本问题,并提出了提高企业人力资源战略管理水平的几点建议。
Under the new social and economic environment, the business environment of enterprises is undergoing extensive and profound changes. The economic restructuring and upgrading are accelerating. The demand for high-quality talents is growing. The importance of strategic management of human resources is gradually emerging come out. The author mainly analyzes several basic problems of human resources strategic management and puts forward some suggestions to improve the strategic management of human resources.
