人类表皮生长因子受体( Her)是乳腺癌发生、发展及预后的重要生物学标志物之一,该家族由Her-1、Her-2、Her-3和Her-4组成,各成员之间具有高度同源性,均具有酪氨酸激酶活性。该家族成员在乳腺癌组织中的表达和作用不同,有成员可促进乳腺癌的发展,也有成员可提高药物敏感性。因此,研究各成员的生物学特性、功能及其与乳腺癌的关系将会为乳腺癌判断、治疗以及预后提供帮助。“,”Human epidermal growth factor receptor ( Her) is one of the important biological markers in the carcinogenesis,progression and prognosis of breast cancer,the family consists of Her-1,Her-2,Her-3 and Her-4,and all of the members are highly homologous and have the activity of tyrosine kinase .But each of them has different expression and function in human breast cancer tissue ,some can promote the development of breast cancer,while the others can improve the drug sensitivity.Therefore,study on the biological charac-teristics and function of those members ,as well as their relationship with breast cancer is helpful for the diag-nosis,treatment and prognosis of breast cancer.
