针对中空玻璃仓储系统国产化率低和进口产品成本高等问题,对中空玻璃仓储系统进行了研究,对国内外中空玻璃仓储过程中的运动机制、电气控制等进行了归纳,提出了一种基于伺服控制的智能化中空玻璃仓储系统,对中空玻璃智能仓储的存取、储存机构,输送设备和控制装置进行了设计,并对仓储系统的功能模块进行了集体化的组装。对系统中设备的总体框图、运行方式、运动控制流程、电气连接图等进行了详细的描述,以一套伺服控制设备为例,对精确的位置定位进行了软件仿真和实际测量。研究结果表明:该系统能实时监测运动参数,能够实现精确的位置控制功能,可靠性高,满足精确定位的要求。
In view of the low localization rate of hollow glass storage system and the high cost of imported products, the research of hollow glass storage system has been carried out. The motion mechanism and electrical control of hollow glass storage system both at home and abroad are summarized. A servo Controlled intelligent hollow glass warehousing system, designed the access, storage mechanism, conveying equipment and control device of hollow glass intelligent warehousing, and assembled the functional modules of warehousing system in a collective way. The overall block diagram, operation mode, motion control flow chart and electrical connection diagram of the equipment in the system are described in detail. Taking a servo control device as an example, software simulation and actual measurement are carried out on the precise position positioning. The results show that the system can monitor the motion parameters in real time, realize accurate position control function, high reliability and meet the requirements of precise positioning.
