以林芝地区2株优良野生黑木耳菌种“西藏6号”和“西藏7号”为试材,采用ITS序列分析方法对其进行分子生物学鉴定,再用生物软件Clustal X 1.83和MAGA 5.0进行系统发育分析。结果表明:菌株“西藏6号”和“西藏7号”为黑木耳属黑木耳种,通过对二者的碱基序列比对和共同系统发育树的构建,确定二者之间存在一定遗传差异。
Two strains of wild Auricularia auricula strains “Tibet No. 6” and “Tibet No. 7” in Linzhi area were used as materials to identify their molecular biology by using ITS sequence analysis method. Then the biological software Clustal X 1.83 And MAGA 5.0 for phylogenetic analysis. The results showed that the strains “Tibet No.6” and “Tibet No.7” were the black fungus species of Auricularia auricula. Through the comparison of their nucleotide sequences and the construction of common phylogenetic tree, There are some genetic differences.
