针对沙角B厂2×350 MW锅炉出现的严重堵灰问题,通过建立空气预热器试验模型进行了模型试验并与现场测试结合,从而提出改善空气预热器内部气流分布的方案。实践证明,通过改善空气预热器的空气和烟气侧流场分布,可防止空气预热器腐蚀和堵灰,降低排烟温度。而模拟计算和试验可为此提供依据。
Aiming at the serious ash blocking problem of 2 × 350 MW boiler in Shajiao B Plant, a model test was made by establishing the experimental model of air preheater and combined with the field test to propose a scheme to improve the air flow distribution inside the air preheater. Practice has proved that by improving the air preheater air and flue gas side of the flow field distribution, to prevent air preheater corrosion and ash blocking, reducing exhaust gas temperature. Simulation calculations and tests provide the basis for this.
