一年前,我接手八年级(3)班。该班差生较多,有近10人无心向学、纪律散漫、上课经常睡觉,迟到也较为严重,作业不能按时完成,有的还有顶撞老师的行为,总之该班的学生自理、自控能力极差。这都给授课带来了较大的阻力。我不是班主任,但作为物理科任教师的我,知道要上好课首先必须严肃纪律,搞好班级的管理,及时做好思想教育引导工作。经过一年半辛勤的劳动,本班学生已取得不同程度的进步,特别使我感到欣慰的是王红高同学进步很快,我对他的印象很深刻。 A year ago, I took eighth grade (3) classes.
