随着医疗市场竞争加剧以及医疗卫生体制改革,医院之间建立起灵活的医疗联合体。文章对现有医疗联合体的组织形式进行了总结,通过分析我国医疗联合体质量问题的现状,借鉴虚拟管理的相关理论提出了我国医疗联合体的质量管理模式,并从质量战略管理、医疗机构核心能力、信息标准化和标准化管理、知识管理、人员关系管理、病人流的整合医疗以及协同质量评价几个方面进行了具体阐述。
With the intensification of the competition in the medical market and the reform of the health care system, a flexible medical consortium has been established between hospitals. This article summarizes the organizational forms of the existing medical consortia. By analyzing the status quo of medical consortia in our country and using the theories of virtual management for reference, this paper puts forward the quality management model of medical consortia in our country. From quality strategy management, Core competence, standardization and standardization of information management, knowledge management, personnel relationship management, patient flow integration and several aspects of collaborative quality evaluation were described in detail.
