近二十年来,由于独特感官特性,有机硅弹性体凝胶和粉末广泛地应用于各种个人护理产品配方中,用以提高产品肤感。通过大家熟知的硅氢化反应,使用普通的乙烯基线性硅氧烷和含氢硅油即可合成有机硅弹性体。市场上既有含有低粘度硅油的有机硅弹性体凝胶,也有不含溶胀剂的有机硅树脂粉末。只要配方得当,这些标准的有机硅弹性体均能赋予肌肤丝滑柔软的触感。但是,它们也具有以下弱点:与个人护理配方中其他组分的相容性差,在有机溶剂中难以凝胶化,干燥后的成膜性能不好。
For nearly two decades, due to its unique organoleptic properties, silicone elastomer gels and powders have been used in a wide variety of personal care product formulations to enhance skin feel. Silicone elastomers can be synthesized by the well-known hydrosilation reaction using common vinyl linear siloxanes and hydrogen-containing silicone oils. There are both silicone elastomer gels containing low viscosity silicone oils and silicone resin powders without swelling agents on the market. With the right formulas, these standard silicone elastomers give the skin a silky, soft touch. However, they also have the following weaknesses: poor compatibility with other components in personal care formulations, difficulty in gelling in organic solvents, poor film formation after drying.
