为解决甘肃省电力信息通信中心客户服务员工对客户服务的现状,提出利用DRS数字录音监听系统对现有的服务电话进行录音监听,以此来提高客户服务质量。
In order to solve the current situation of customer service for customer service staff of power information and communication center in Gansu province, it is proposed to use DRS digital recording and monitoring system to record and monitor the existing service telephone, so as to improve customer service quality.
