新《纲要》中明确指出:幼儿园应与家庭、社区密切合作,与小学衔接,综合利用各种教育资源,共同为幼儿的发展创造良好的条件。因此教师要汇聚家长中优质要素,组建家园共育良性循环转变教育观念,明确工作重心,以幼儿为本,以家长为源,本着平等、合作、尊重的原则,取得家长的理解,支持和积极主动参与,在互相学习交流和沟通中解放思想,总结经验,凝聚力量,使家园平等合作有效推动家园共育的可行性。以儿童发展为中心,教师与家长以形式多样的沟通取得教育共识,共商教育对策,形成教育合力。
The new “Outline” made it clear that: Kindergartens should work closely with families and communities to connect with primary schools and comprehensively utilize various educational resources to jointly create favorable conditions for the development of young children. Therefore, teachers should bring together parents’ quality elements and set up a virtuous cycle of changing education concepts in their home-based education so as to clarify the focus of their work. With the guidance of young children and their parents as their source, parents should be guided by equality, cooperation and respect to gain the understanding and support Take the initiative to participate in, emancipate the minds in learning and exchanging and communicating with each other, sum up experiences and unite strength so that the equal cooperation of the homeland can effectively promote the feasibility of home-based education. Taking children’s development as the center, teachers and parents gain education consensus through various forms of communication, discuss education strategies and form a joint force of education.
