目的了解企业干部退休初期心理健康状况,为有针对性地开展工作提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法抽取唐山市开滦集团411名退休干部进行症状自评量表评估。结果干部退休初期心理健康各因子得分,除躯体化(t=4.32,P<0.01)高于常模外,其他7个因子分明显低于全国常模(P<0.01);不同性别的干部退休初期在恐怖因子上存在显著差异(t=-2.71,P<0.05);不同类别的干部退休初期在躯体化、强迫等7个因子上存在显著差异(P<0.05);有身体疾病的干部退休初期心理健康的各个因子得分均显著高于没有身体疾病的干部(P<0.05)。结论企业干部退休初期的心理健康状况良好,一般干部的心理健康状况明显差于管理干部,有躯体疾病的干部退休初期心理健康状况差于无躯体疾病的人群。
Objective To understand the mental health status of enterprise cadres in the early retirement period and provide the basis for their targeted work. Methods A total sample of 411 retired cadres from Kailuan Group of Tangshan City was sampled by cluster sampling method to assess the symptoms. Results The scores of mental health factors in the early retirement period were significantly lower than those in the national average (P <0.01), except for somatization (t = 4.32, P <0.01) (T = -2.71, P <0.05). There were significant differences in the factors of somatization and coercion among the cadres of different categories at the early retirement (P <0.05). Cadres with physical diseases were retired The scores of mental health factors were significantly higher than those without physical diseases (P <0.05). Conclusion The mental health status of enterprise cadres at the initial stage of their retirement is good. The mental health status of the general cadres is obviously worse than that of the management cadres. The cadres with somatic diseases have worse mental health at the initial retirement than those without somatic diseases.
