目的:研究并探讨正畸矫正术中采用不同方法固定弓丝对托槽周围致龋菌的影响,对比分析两种固定方法的临床应用效率。方法:随机选择我院2010年2月-2011年2月间采用固定矫治器进行口腔矫正患者80例,将患者随机分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组患者在牙列一侧使用结扎丝进行弓丝的固定,观察组患者在牙列一侧使用结扎圈进行弓丝的固定,记录两组患者的手术操作时间并作比较,同时对患者托槽周围的菌斑进行厌氧培养,研究采用两种不同固定方法3个月后牙齿表面变形链球菌的生长附着情况。结果:对照组患者在拆、扎上下半口弓丝所用的平均时间为166.74s,观察组患者在拆、扎上下半口弓丝所用的平均时间为117.44s,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:采用固定矫治器进行治疗后会增强患者的龋易感性。弓丝材料的选择并不会对患者的牙面菌斑的致龋性造成直接的影响。采用结扎圈能够大大缩减手术操作所需时间,提高整体工作效率,但临床上结扎圈并不能够完全取代结扎丝。
OBJECTIVE: To study and discuss the effect of different methods of fixation of archwire on cariogenic bacteria around brackets in orthodontics, and to compare and analyze the clinical application efficiency of the two fixation methods. Methods: Eighty patients with orthodontics were selected randomly from February 2010 to February 2011 in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases). The control group was used on the dentition side The ligature wire was used for the fixation of the arch wire. In the observation group, the arch wire was fixed on the dentition side with a ligating ring. The operation time of the two groups of patients was recorded and compared. At the same time, plaque around the bracket was anaerobically cultured , To study the use of two different fixation methods 3 months after the growth of Streptococcus mutans surface adhesion. Results: In the control group, the average time for taking the lower half of the archwire was 166.74s. The average time for the observation group was 117.44s, which was 117.44s. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant Significance (p <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Treatment with a fixed appliance enhances caries susceptibility in patients. The choice of archwire material does not have a direct effect on the cariogenicity of the patient’s plaque. The use of ligation rings can greatly reduce the time required for surgical operations and improve the overall work efficiency, but the clinical ligation circle can not completely replace the ligature wire.
