1985~1990年,对我县饮食行业餐具进行了消毒效果监测。所测样品均采自饮食行业的待用餐具。筷子用生理盐水浸洗法采样,其它餐具采用滤纸粘贴法。评价时以细菌总数<30 cfu/cm~2,大肠菌群<3 cfu/100 cm~2为合格。监测中,先后对1681份具进行了检查,总合格率为66.09%,其中国营企业67.63%、集体企业69.93%、个体户63.53%。按不同区域划分,消毒效果以城关镇最好,合格率为76.59%,农村集镇
From 1985 to 1990, the tableware of our county catering industry was disinfected. The samples were taken from the catering industry to be cutlery.
