本文涉及到制取钴粉的新工艺。某种固体化合物悬浮在一种液体多元醇或者不加水的多元醇的混合物中。悬浮体加热到给定的温度,在大多数情况下能够达到液相的沸点。初始化合物进行还原产生相应的金属。该还原反应对于易还原的金属化合物如银、铜或贵金属离子很容易进行。对于还原性稍差的如钴、镍、铅、或镉化合物也能进行还原反应。本文阐述了代表性的反应一般机理以及按本工艺制取的金属粉末的形态特征,并以钴粉的制取作为特例。
This article relates to the preparation of cobalt powder new technology. A solid compound is suspended in a liquid polyol or a mixture of water-free polyols. The suspension is heated to a given temperature and in most cases the boiling point of the liquid phase can be reached. The initial compound is reduced to produce the corresponding metal. The reduction reaction is easily carried out for easily reducible metal compounds such as silver, copper or noble metal ions. For the less reductive, such as cobalt, nickel, lead, or cadmium compounds can also be reduced. This paper describes the general mechanism of the reaction and the morphological characteristics of the metal powders prepared by this process. The cobalt powder is taken as a special case.
