三位一体家庭化培养模式的探索与实践—碳一化工相关教育教学研究

碳一化工相关应用型人才培养,是当前化工类高校特色办学的定位点之一.构建“本-硕-师”三位一体家庭化培养模式应用于碳一化工相关教学活动,能够有效的缓解教师教学及科研压力,营造了本科生、研究生、指导教师之间的相互交流、相互促进、教学相长、共同进步的良好教学氛围.该教学模式将推进家庭化培养模式的探索与实践,进而改善学生的学习、生活方式和创新、实践能力.
