我矿过去为小露天开采,在斜坡道矿车提升中,曾因脱钩而发生过跑车事故。近年来随着生产的发展,我矿已由小露天逐步转入地下开采,主要提升井为斜井,全长近130米,倾角为28°。由于各种条件的限制,如果矿车一旦在斜井中发生跑车事故,将具有很大的危害性,因而如何保证斜井的安全提升就显得更为重要。过去,我矿为防止跑车事故,曾采取过一些技术措施,但效果均不好。1972年,我矿组织有关人员在三水硫铁矿进行了参观学习,在他们使用的捞车器的基础上,结合我矿实际情况,研制了一种比较简易的捞车器,并在主斜井中对0.55米~3的空翻斗矿车进行了跑车试验,结果表明动作情况良好,目前已在我矿露天
In the past, the mine was mined for small open pit mining. In the ramping up of the ramps, there was a sports car accident due to decoupling. In recent years, with the development of production, our mine has been gradually transferred from small open-air to underground mining. The main lift shaft is inclined shaft with total length of nearly 130 meters and dip angle of 28 °. Therefore, how to ensure the safety promotion of the inclined shaft becomes even more important. In the past, my mine had taken some technical measures to prevent sports car accidents, but the results were not good. In 1972, relevant personnel of mine organization visited and studied in the pyrite of Sanshui. Based on the trolley used by them, combined with the actual situation of our mine, we developed a simple fishing trolley.
