研究了空气湿度对双组分聚氨酯灌封胶固化过程内部产生气泡的影响。通过试验比较了在空气相对湿度大于70%条件下,不同的聚氨酯预聚体加热温度和硫化剂熔化温度与固化产物内气泡状况的对应关系,进而找到了在湿度较大的环境条件下进行聚氨酯灌封产生气泡的抑制方法。
The influence of air humidity on the internal bubble generation of two-component polyurethane encapsulant was studied.
