针对传统网络优化效率低、成本高、缺少用户互动参与及偏离用户感知等突出问题,基于众筹、大数据移动互联网+思维,打造用户真参与、强互动的众筹网络优化工作模式,建立以大数据分析为核心的移动互联网感知评估体系,构建移动互联网业务跨界联合优化机制,让用户主动互动参与网络优化,采集海量众筹数据,实现大众的终端、大众的业务、大众的行为参与网络监控和优化测试,成功实现网络优化从传统的作坊型到众筹式的转型。
