目的:测定比较蒺藜不同采收期果实与茎叶中总皂苷含量,以确定不同部位的最佳采收期和地上全草入药的可能性。方法:采用分光光度法,以菝葜皂苷元为对照品,检测波长为310 nm,测定总皂苷含量。结果:蒺藜茎叶总皂苷含量在7月份最高,果实总皂苷含量在10月份最高,地上全草总皂苷含量7月份最高。结论:从总皂苷的角度,蒺藜茎叶或全草7月份采收为宜,果实10份采收为宜,同时表明蒺藜全草入药的可行性。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of total saponin in fruits and stems and leaves of Tribulus terrestris different harvest time to determine the best harvest time of different parts and the possibility of the whole plant medicine on the ground. Methods: Spectrophotometry was used to determine the total saponin content of Smilagenin. The detection wavelength was 310 nm. Results: The content of total saponin in the leaves and stems of Tribulus terrestris was the highest in July. The content of total saponins in the fruits was the highest in October and the content of total saponins in the whole plant was the highest in July. Conclusion: From the perspective of total saponins, the harvested crop of Tribulus terrestris leaves or whole grass is suitable in July, and the harvest of 10 fruits is appropriate.
