一、起重运輸設备在裝配車間設計中的重要性 裝配車間的設备中除采用少数的鑽床、压力机、电焊机、試驗設备、裝配平台外,主要的就是起重运輸設备了。尤其是对重型机器装配車間来說起重运輸設备更占着重要地位。在今天勤儉建国的时候,正确地选擇起重运輸設备,做到既能节約国家投資,又能滿足生产需要,不影响裝配工作的順利进行,是具有重要的意义的。据統計,裝配車間工艺部分投資中起重运輸設备一項約占全車間工艺总投资的50~60%左右。由此可見起重运輸設备决定得合理与否对基本建設的投資影响很大。而在裝配作業中除了用手可以拿动的零件及部件或小型产品外,其他都必須借助于專用或一般的起重设备进行裝配。所以起重运輸設备的选擇与决定,是裝配車間設計中一項重要的問題。
