目的:探讨α-硫辛酸对2型糖尿病微血管病变的保护作用。方法:90例2型糖尿病有微血管病变患者随机分为45例α-硫辛酸观察组和45例常规治疗对照组,治疗前后测定UAER(放射免疫法),检查神经诱发电位。结果:α-硫辛酸治疗后与治疗前比较,UAE显著降低(P<0.01),腓总神经和胫后神经传导速度明显升高(P<0.01),且肢体麻木疼痛减轻或缓解,对照组常规治疗后UAER及腓总神经和胫后神经传导速度无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:α-硫辛酸可降低尿微量白蛋白排泄率、增加神经传导速度,对微血管有保护。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of α-lipoic acid on type 2 diabetic microangiopathy. Methods: Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with microangiopathy were randomly divided into 45 cases of α-lipoic acid observation group and 45 cases of routine treatment control group. UAER (radioimmunoassay) was measured before and after treatment, and the nerve evoked potentials were examined. Results: After treatment with α-lipoic acid, UAE was significantly decreased (P <0.01), and the common peroneal nerve and posterior tibial nerve conduction velocity were significantly increased (P <0.01), and limb numbness pain was relieved or alleviated. Compared with the control group There was no significant difference in the conduction velocity of UAER, common peroneal nerve and posterior tibial nerve after routine treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Alpha-lipoic acid can reduce urinary albumin excretion rate, increase nerve conduction velocity and protect microvascular.
