企业行政管理是一个企业的重要组成部分。在企业行政管理者正确的引导下,可以促使整个组织的发展和所有成员的成长,此意义是革命性的、非比寻常的。而角色对个体的行为和心理影响巨大,不同的角色赋予一个人的权利和责任是不同的,人们对他的期待也必定不同,这些无形的东西都会影响一个人的心理和行为,也相应地影响着一个人的能力发展。因为能力是决定工作绩效的持久品质和特征。本文从角色理论出发,论述了企业行政管理及管理者内涵,并着重分析了企业行政管理者扮演的多重角色,并在此基础上,提取了相应的角色胜任力特征,从而试图进一步提高企业行政管理者的角色认知意识和胜任力水平,进而提高企业行政管理者的个人领导能力,促进个人和企业的更好发展。

Based on this, this dissertation extracts the competency of the corresponding roles so as to further improve the corporate governance Manager’s awareness of the role and competency level, thereby enhancing the personal leadership of business executives, and promote the better development of individuals and businesses.
