针对企业人才缺乏、人才流失、人才不成才等问题,我认为可以从以下几个方面进行改善与修正。一、人才的引进1、通过多种方式进行人才的吸纳。比如接收应界毕业生、引进高学历、高素质的从业者、或招揽专业领域的行业尖子等,给予一定的见习期,期满有能力的留用,完全可以采取“大进大出,用我能用”的方法,这不失为一种为企业注入新鲜血液优选途径。2、加强专业技术人才网络建设。加强行业间的沟通,迅速地做出信息反馈,有效地进行人才网络,真正与各相关方建立“人才共享、资源共享”的理念,将能在较短时间内迅速而有效地为企业“谋到”急需之人才,使企业在机会来临之时能够有效地抓住任何机会,脱颖于竞争对手
