研究不同热处理工艺下,30MnSi PC钢的耐延迟断裂性能。结果表明,回火温度为390℃时,随着淬火温度的升高,30MnSi PC钢的耐延迟断裂性能先升高后降低。当淬火温度为950℃时,材料有较好的耐延迟断裂性能。
To study the delayed fracture resistance of 30MnSi PC steel under different heat treatment processes. The results show that when the tempering temperature is 390 ℃, the delayed fracture resistance of 30MnSi PC steel first increases and then decreases with the increase of quenching temperature. When the quenching temperature is 950 ℃, the material has better delayed fracture resistance.
