某供水工程三个泉倒虹吸全长10.93km,所采用的PCCP管径大,内水压力高,综合难度指数(管径与压力的乘积)高。该工程存在多个影响PCCP安全运行的因素。2010年首次采用电磁法检测了全部2400节管道的钢丝完整性,2年半后再次进行了检测。前后两次检测对比表明,管道断丝数量基本未增加,管道当前的劣化速度较低。尽管运行环境较恶劣,但PCCP断丝数量处于较低水平,目前总体处于良好状态。风险分析表明,目前PCCP处于中等风险。
A water supply project of three spring inverted siphon full length of 10.93km, the use of PCCP diameter, high water pressure, comprehensive difficulty index (diameter and pressure of the product) high. There are several factors affecting the safe operation of PCCP in this project. For the first time in 2010, the wire integrity of all 2,400 pipes was examined using the electromagnetic method and was tested again two and a half years later. The comparison of two tests before and after showed that the number of broken wires in the pipeline basically did not increase, and the current deterioration rate of the pipeline was relatively low. Despite the harsh operating environment, the number of PCCP broken wires is at a low level and is currently in good overall condition. Risk analysis shows that PCCP is currently at a moderate risk.
