毛竹笋,味美可口,营养丰富,是优良的副食品。目前,不少地区为了充分发挥竹林经济效益,满足城乡人民食笋的需要,正在逐步改毛竹用材林为笋用林,以调整毛竹生产的产业结构。 本文根据1986年赴浙江湖州、宁波和余姚等市调查、考察,总结了毛竹笋用林的经营技术,现作如下介绍,供本省发展笋用竹林参考。
Bamboo shoots, delicious, nutritious, is an excellent non-staple food. At present, in order to give full play to the economic benefits of bamboo forests and meet the needs of urban and rural people for their bamboo shoots, many areas are gradually changing the use of bamboo forests for bamboo shoots to adjust the industrial structure of bamboo production. Based on the investigation in Huzhou, Ningbo and Yuyao of Zhejiang in 1986, this paper investigates and summarizes the management techniques of bamboo shoots for bamboo forest. The introduction is as follows for the bamboo shoot development of bamboo shoots in this province.
