本文针对新疆农村党员中普遍存在的文化程度偏低、生产经营信息不灵、实用农业技术不佳的困难,进行现代远程教育在提高农村党员学习水平和生产能力的对策研究,将加强农村党建工作与发展农村经济有机结合,提出新疆多民族地区农村党员现代远程教育及推广的新方法和新思路。
