在凉山州安宁河谷区首次进行土壤消毒、追施微生物菌肥复合联控设施蕃茄土传病害。结果表明,施用二氧化氯灭杀真菌7种,菌种灭杀率63.64%;灭杀细菌7种,菌种灭杀率77.78%,存活的4个真菌菌种、2个细菌菌种数量大幅降低,广谱杀菌效果显著;追施坤奇尔+特锐菌复混微生物菌肥,新生真菌4种、细菌8种,土传病原立枯丝核菌、镰刀菌属、齐整小核菌和尖镰孢菌4个菌种和1个细菌菌种数量分别从肥前的3.58%、5.22%、3.16%、7.25%、3.26%降至肥后的2.71%、1.32%、1.27%、3.56%、0.83%,拮抗效果明显;与对照相比,药肥复合栽培,蕃茄纵径伸长量变化差异显著,横径在花后8d,花后18d,花后29d的伸长量变化差异显著,花后41d差异不显著,蕃茄增产18.2%;与对照相比,蕃茄全生育期茎基腐病、青枯病、枯萎病、白绢病发病率和病情指数分别下降73.69%、64.99%、40.08%、43.97%和78.22%、74.40%、30.97%、34.79%,药肥联控土传病原效果显著,对茎基腐病病原拮抗最好,枯萎病病原拮抗最差。
