一个企业的核心价值观和文化理念体系形成后,企业文化建设就进入了新阶段——“深植”。文化深植既指将理念文化深入到企业管理的各个方面,以理念文化指导企业的各项管理工作的过程,又可以理解为对理念文化的“根”不断予以滋养,使之更健康、更科学的过程。企业文化建设只有长期地对文化理念加以深植和护理,才能使企业文化长成一棵茁壮的“文化之树”。企业文化建设的实践本身,就是一个由一般到具体的深化、植入过程。
