报道以荧光薄层扫描法（TLCS）测定补益中药中磷脂酰胆碱（PC）的含量。以丙酮和氯仿—甲醇—冰醋酸—乙醇—水（25:4:6:2:0．5），2次同向展开，在碱性硅胶H板上分离PC，经DPH显色后，进行TLCS定量，回收率97．2％，RSD＝1．89％，方法简便，灵敏，快速。国内外来见报道。
It was reported that the content of phosphatidylcholine (PC) in traditional Chinese medicine was determined by fluorescent thin layer scanning (TLCS). Acetone and chloroform-methanol-glacial acetic acid-alcohol-water (25:4:6:2:0.5) were developed twice in the same direction. PC was separated on basic silica gel H plates and developed by DPH. TLCS quantification, the recovery rate of 97.2%, RSD = 1.89%, the method is simple, sensitive and fast. Domestic and foreign reports.
