本文结合高职院校学生人文素养培养的内涵,深入分析高职院校英语教学过程中人文素养教育出现的师资人文素养不齐、学生人文素养较低、人文素养教育质量不高、人文教学模式单一和管理过程中人文关怀不强五个方面的问题,为培养人文素养教育理念、师资人文素养和探讨高职院校英语教学过程中大学生人文素养培养提供借鉴。
Based on the connotation of humanistic accomplishment cultivation of students in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes in depth the humanities literacy problems of humanistic literacy education in the process of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, low humanistic accomplishment of students, low quality of humanistic literacy education, Singleness and humane care in the management process is not strong in five aspects, to cultivate the concept of humanistic education, humanities and humanities teachers in higher vocational colleges to explore the process of English humane training to provide reference.
