核电厂核级DCS系统中采用优选模块(以下简称PIF卡)对多路指令优先级进行综合判断,实现优选输出。PIF卡在实现多路指令优选输出控制功能的同时,还具备通信、自诊断以及可试验性的技术要求,是核电厂专设安全设施驱动系统的重要组成单元,也是核级DCS定期试验的重要元件。在CPR1000项目现场调试过程中,曾经偶发过正常工作的PIF在定期试验中出现异常的现象。为此,分析研究PIF卡的功能架构、试验回路原理和试验方法以找到异常的根本原因并给出处理思路和解决方案,对于保障安全设施的安全可靠动作具有重要意义。
